I spotted a BMW 2002 parked next to a late model 3 series - which is the successor to the 2002 which ceased production in 1974.  For the record I'm not a BMW fan (I find them to be overpriced and overhyped not to mention way too expensive to maintain and repair), but if you like cars this was a nice contrast - especially 20 feet in the air.  I wonder if anyone who built the older one 37+ years ago is still there building the new ones?

WTC Pit Update

It's been about 6 months since I last shot the WTC site.  The Freedom Tower (or whatever the Politicians are calling it these days) is about 80 stories high now.  The building to the right of the tower is WTC 7 which is 52 stories tall.  To the left you can see one of the fountains now occupying the original twin towers footprints.
